Thomas E. Raines is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia. He received his Juris Doctor degree from The University of Georgia School of Law in 1972. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Georgia Terry College of Business in 1969.
Following graduation from law school, Mr. Raines began his private practice of law with the firm of Levine, D’Alessio & Cohn, PA, in Atlanta, Georgia, and in 1977 became a founding principal of the firm of Bauer, Deitch, & Raines, PC, where he practiced for sixteen years. He formed the firm of Thomas E. Raines, PC in 1993.
Mr. Raines is a life long resident of the Atlanta, Georgia he has practiced law for the last 43 years serving clients in the Business Law and Estate Planning and Administration areas. Married with two children and three grandchildren, Mr. Raines services the community through church and community organizations.
